Nick Theos grew up in West Ashley, where he attended Bishop England High School and the College of Charleston. He lived in Charleston until his love of history and architecture took him to Georgia and UGA, where he was in the Historic Preservation Program.
After he graduated, he worked for an insurance carrier as a Regional Appraisal Manager conducting and overseeing appraisals on historic, high-end, and coastal properties throughout the southeast. Nick then was the co-owner, and CFO, of an environmental engineering firm based in Atlanta, where he was in charge of surveying multiple historic properties.
Nick has been flipping homes for over 20 years, and that is where his passion for real estate started. After selling his company in 2021, his latest renovation on Edisto Beach has brought him back to Charleston. He feels lucky to call the Lowcountry home once again and get to experience it with his wife, Linda, and daughters, Helaina and Caroline.
