About Augie

Augie grew up in Chicago learning the business of Real Estate from his father, Joseph Moss; a pioneer developer and the first in the United States to convert rental apartments to condominiums. After graduating from the University of Miami in 2004 with a degree in business management, Augie moved back to Chicago and attended Loyola University School of Law, graduating in 2008.

Augie practiced criminal defense with preeminent Chicago defense attorney Thomas Anthony Durkin for five years before moving to Islamorada in the Florida Keys in 2012. There he spent more than ten years as a professional fishing guide, gaining an exceptional clientele and becoming one of the most highly sought after guides in the Keys. Augie served as the secretary of the Florida Keys Fishing Guides Association for six years, and also co-founded the Florida Keys Fishing Guides Foundation and still sits on their board.

Augie is a highly effective communicator and provides exceptional service to his clients. As a licensed attorney, he has a distinct perspective of the market and a deep understanding of the Real Estate business. He works with clients that demand superior representation.

Augie moved to Mount Pleasant in 2023 with his wife, Kristy, their three children, Lucy, Joseph, and Naomi, and their two dogs Leroy and Coco. Augie’s greatest pleasure is spending quality time with his family. He is an avid sportsman and enjoys golf, fishing, and surfing.
