My name is Will Freeman, and I am proud to serve you as the Broker in Charge and Director of the Residential Sales Division of The Beach Company, Beach Residential. I have been in residential brokerage since 2010 and the Broker in Charge since 2016. I am a native Charlestonian and have lived here all my life.
When I’m not working with clients or helping my agents grow their businesses, I enjoy hunting, fishing, and spending time outdoors. I love working with first-time home buyers looking for that special place to put down roots and call their own. At this stage in my life, I am also grateful to work with several repeat clients who I was fortunate enough to sell their first home and are now looking to expand to a larger home for their growing families. I also enjoy working with investors looking to purchase income-producing property or development parcels.
I grew up in Downtown, where I attended Mason Prep Elementary School and then attended Bishop England High School on Daniel Island. I then started my undergrad studies at Clemson and finished at The College of Charleston. Once I moved back from Clemson, I lived on James Island for a few years before moving to Mt. Pleasant. I have lived in Mt. Pleasant for the past 14 years and plan to always call this place home. I have been married since 2014 to my wife Meredith, and we have two lively little boys named Locke and Edward, along with two dogs, Molly and Sprig, who help us keep an eye on them.
