Stephanie’s ancestral roots are intertwined with the majestic grand oaks and waterways that ushered in Charleston’s first families over 300 years ago. She is a living link anchored to her hometown’s rich history. Her father, the late Steven Mager, a renowned home builder, and mother, an award-winning Realtor, have instilled in her a passion for the journey of buying and selling in the Lowcountry that extends well beyond the bricks-and-mortar. This drive and enthusiasm inspired her husband to become a new home builder. Also, with her two younger brothers being commercial brokers and custom home builders, her family’s connection to the business is as strong as their family ties to Charleston. Stephanie’s deep love for this city and almost 20 years of combined experience in Charleston’s home market make her the ideal choice for all your real estate needs. She would be honored to help you sell or find the perfect home in her beloved hometown.
Stephanie graduated from The College of Charleston, earning her Bachelor’s Degree in Communication. She is the proud wife of a 20-year military veteran and a devoted mother to her 12-year-old daughter and 9-year-old son. She has traveled, studied, and lived in Europe, but her home is nestled among the tall oaks of Middleton, Drayton, and Magnolia Plantations near historic Summerville, “The Birthplace of Sweet Tea.” She grew up on James Island near Folly Beach, where summers were spent chasing waves on the same beaches her children now enjoy. She cherishes memories of family staycations on Kiawah Island, where they still occasionally visit to unplug and bask in the tranquility of the southern coast. In her leisure time, Stephanie finds joy in discovering unique décor items, gardening, singing, and partaking in the local foodie culture. She can teach you all the back roads, including the best-boiled peanut roadside stands!
