Nina has lived in Charleston her whole life and has a unique perspective and enthusiastic desire to share what makes her hometown the number one city it has always been and become. As a local, she has firsthand experience with the ever-transforming real estate market and has gained valuable, intimate knowledge of our Tri-county. Nina grew up with a mom who was an agent in Charleston, so from a young age, she began developing a love for real estate while attending numerous open houses. This passion has stuck with her from childhood through adulthood because she believes every home and community has a story to tell. Nina found a love of sales when selling cars but ultimately was drawn to Real Estate to help others establish their Charleston roots. She has been in real estate since 2018 and has experience in every field, from new construction and builder relations to first-time home buyers to experienced buyers who need more space. In addition to the wonderful world of Real Estate Sales, her favorite place to be is outside, especially if she’s close to the water with her friends and family – husband, Albert, 3 children, Crawford (8), Mills (5), and Hayes (1), and their 3 dogs, 2 Golden Retrievers named Scallion and Zoe, and a black lab named Fancy.
