Morgan Oxenreider is a dedicated real estate professional and a recent graduate of the University of Mississippi, where she earned a bachelor’s in real estate and a minor in Psychology. Her mother’s extensive career in real estate and mortgage inspired her path, and she gained practical and real-life experience by shadowing her throughout her childhood.
Growing up as the youngest sibling in a military family, she experienced a diverse upbringing living in various states, including North Carolina, California, Alabama, Florida, and St. Simons Island, Georgia (which became her longest home). These experiences fostered her adaptability and enhanced her ability to connect with people from all walks of life. Morgan’s decade-long commitment to competitive cheerleading & attending boarding school in Asheville, NC instilled qualities like discipline and teamwork that she has carried into her professional life.
Morgan understands the importance of attention to detail and effective communication. In her free time, Morgan enjoys exploring new restaurants in Charleston, watching football with her dad (Go Chiefs!), hanging out with friends on Shem Creek, and spending time on the beach with her rescue dog, Charlie.
