Jason’s been working with Sea Island Builders since 2009. He has a civil engineering degree from Clemson University and obtained his residential builders license in 2012. Jason established and manages Sea Island Builder’s Preconstruction Services. He spends most of his time performing zoning research and setbacks analysis, coordinating with coastal engineers, structural engineers, wetlands consultants, surveyors, architects, designers, and other consultants to manage projects and clients throughout the design and planning phase. This includes performing feasibility studies, cost analyses, structural analyses, estimating, scheduling, and anything else to aid in helping clients make informed decisions and properly plan and prepare for projects. Their primary goal is to provide a positive design-build experience by providing a single point of accountability for the design and construction of their homes. He and his team specialize in properties on Sullivan’s Island, Isle of Palms, and Mount Pleasant and are very familiar with all the zoning ordinances and municipal staff in these communities. They are open to expanding his services to Daniel Island and the Kiawah area as the opportunity presents itself.
Jason’s now happy to be able to assist clients with the selection of their properties. He would be happy to assist anyone on the by sharing knowledge and providing information. Helping people make fully informed decisions and having a positive experience is what Jason is all about.
