Jace Boozer grew up on Sullivan’s Island. When farm animals roamed and air conditioning was a luxury, he watched the Charleston area increase in population, development, and real estate over the years and has seen many changes in the landscape. His hobbies are surfing, fishing, and boating around the Charleston area.
Jace started working for The Beach Company in 2000 and has 24 years of experience helping buyers and sellers achieve their goals in Real Estate around the Charleston area. He is one of the company’s top producers and has earned agent of the year on several occasions. He has exceptional knowledge of the entire tri-county area, especially Isle of Palms, Sullivan’s Island, and east of the Cooper. Growing up here gave him a very inclusive and comprehensive look into the history of Charleston and it’s beautiful beaches. He excels in his ability to overcome obstacles, and his problem-solving capabilities have helped many homeowners and investors achieve their real estate dreams.
His family consists of his wife Kendra, two daughters, Carson and Zoe, and grandson Sawyer.
