Hunter joined The Beach Company in February of 2018 and looks forward to helping his clients through their real estate transactions. With a love for all of the natural beauty of Charleston and the entire Lowcountry, his clients benefit from intricate knowledge of the local waters and the various sub markets of real estate in the greater Charleston area.
Business + Educational Background
Hunter grew up in Columbia and graduated Wofford College in Spartanburg with a Finance degree. Spending every possible spare moment at his family’s second home on Sullivan’s Island, he learned the Lowcountry waters and the excellent fishery.
After college, he spent the next 6 years in commercial property management and facility services, cultivating a strong sense of customer service and appreciation. Being a die hard saltwater fisherman from an early age, he felt the calling to share his love of shallow water fishing with clients and started an inshore charter fishing business in Charleston. With the experience of starting and running a business built on client relations, satisfaction and gratitude, real estate sales was a natural progression.
