Erin Burr joined The Beach Company’s corporate office in 2008 and began managing the Residential Sales division in 2012. She attended the University of South Carolina, where she earned a BA in Industrial Organizational Psychology, which has enabled her to better serve the needs of the brokerage and maintain an optimal workplace for all.
As a licensed real estate broker, Erin retains a thorough knowledge of the industry, its needs, and wants, and is able to provide the highest level of customer service to both her agents and their clients. Staying on top of industry trends and standards is of utmost importance.
Erin oversees the daily functions of the Residential office, agent relations, transaction compliance, training, onboarding, and assists the Broker in Charge. She enjoys engaging with her agents, helping others, and meeting new people.
