Chris MacEachern has spent the last 30-plus years in Charleston. Growing up in Hobcaw Point in Mount Pleasant, he knows the town, beaches, creeks, and woods better than most. He loves this town and has witnessed its growth and transformation into one of the nation’s most charming places to live.

Chris takes tremendous pride in working hard for his clients to ensure a positive experience in all phases of the buying or selling process. Chris’ clients enjoy and capitalize on his local knowledge and connections in the low country. Chris is an asset to any client, from people looking for their first home to a vacation home to an investment property to hunting land. Since 2017, Chris has sold 70 Million in real estate in over 150 transactions.

    Business + Educational Background

Chris went to Wando High School and graduated from the College of Charleston in 2007. After college, he started his sales career in the logistics industry and later was able to travel the East Coast working for the Petroleum business. The real estate market always intrigued Chris, so he shifted his career to Real Estate Sales. Chris’ local ties and family mentality led him to work for The Beach Company, whose roots were planted in Charleston in 1945 and has been family-run ever since.

    Personal

Chris is involved in his communities through several volunteering channels: The First Tee Foundation, the South Carolina Waterfowl Association, and the Joe’s Reef Foundation.

Chris is a devoted husband to his wife, Reid, and a father to his daughter, Granger Anne, and two boys, Deakin and Teddy. His favorite way to spend his spare time is with his family outdoors, on the boat fishing, in the woods hunting with their Boykin Spaniel, “Roadie”, or playing golf.
