A South Carolina native and College of Charleston alumni, Caroline thoroughly enjoys her life in the Lowcountry. In 2006, she embarked on a career in real estate, assisting numerous buyers and sellers in the Charleston area. Caroline attributes her success in the real estate industry to her strong work ethic, meticulous attention to detail, and belief in a no-pressure sales approach.
In 2012, Caroline made a career change, along with her husband, founded Groundswell PR, a marketing and public relations firm. The boutique agency worked with national outdoor and active lifestyle brands and grew to have 11 employees. In 2021, she and her husband sold their agency, and in 2022 Caroline returned to her previous career love – real estate.
Outside of real estate, Caroline loves surfing, traveling, learning Spanish, and spending time with her two boys, Tag and Rivers. Caroline currently lives in Mt. Pleasant with her family and soaks up every minute of living on the coast.
