Augie Moss is a seasoned real estate investor whose diverse background uniquely positions him to navigate the real estate market using expertise borne from a lifetime of experience. As the son of pioneering real estate developer Joseph Moss, Augie’s deep understanding of real estate was ingrained from an early age through conversations around the dinner table and hands-on experience in the family business.
In his 20’s, Augie built a successful career as an attorney in Chicago, honing critical skills in negotiation, contract interpretation, and client advocacy. This legal foundation enables him to guide clients through complex transactions with confidence and clarity, providing a distinct competitive advantage in the market.
As a real estate investor himself, Augie has successfully navigated property acquisitions, renovations, and sales. Augie currently owns and manages a portfolio of investment properties, giving him valuable experience that comes from having skin in the game.
In addition to his legal and investment experience, Augie spent more than a decade as a professional fishing guide, gaining an exceptional clientele and becoming one of the most highly sought-after guides in the Florida Keys. He served as the Secretary of the Florida Keys Fishing Guides Association and co-founded the Florida Keys Fishing Guides Foundation, using his advocacy and negotiating skills to lobby politicians and interest groups for the benefit of the local Keys fishing community and the environment.
Every real estate transaction requires an exceptional guide, and Augie is that person. With a powerful blend of legal knowledge, investment experience, and highly effective communication skills, Augie delivers superior representation to even the most discerning clientele.
Augie moved to Mount Pleasant in 2023 with his wife, Kristy, their three children, Lucy, Joseph, and Naomi, and their two dogs, Leroy and Coco. Augie’s greatest pleasure is spending quality time with his family. He is an avid sportsman and enjoys golf, fishing, and surfing.
