    ABOUT AMY & BRAD

Amy & Brad Van Liew joined The Beach Company in October of 2019. They have almost 60 years of Charleston area experience and local relationships between the two. Amy and Brad have lived on Isle of Palms, Seabrook Island, North Mt Pleasant, South Mt Pleasant, Downtown, and Johns Island. They have experienced the growth of Charleston firsthand and enjoy helping others fall in love with the area they call home. Not only do they love buying and selling properties, they also love renovating properties. Whether helping their clients get their homes in tip-top shape to sell or fixing up their new purchase that needs a little work, their experience in home improvement is their niche.

Amy & Brad met in 2012 and became the first version of Team Van Liew in early 2013, blending their families and 3 children together. They spent six years living in Mt. Pleasant and moved to Johns Island on the Abbapoola Creek in 2018. They are now officially ‘Empty Nesters,” although frequent visits from their adult kids and taking care of their dog River, their cat Abba, as well as their chickens, ducks, and fish, keep them busy when they are at home. When they aren’t working together as Team Van Liew for the Beach Company and their clients, you’ll find them on their boat or enjoying the outdoors at home shooting skeet, hunting, fishing, or entertaining friends with freshly caught steamed crabs and Lowcountry boil.
